The repertoire chosen for this album evokes a festive evening. Pianist Dana Ciocarlie welcomes her friends to celebrate life. Her musician friends come from different cultures and continents. Each tells their story in a few moments. Their destinies intertwine with that of Romanian Dana Ciocarlie. Grace, joy, emotion, and passion are the key words.

The works, both classical and traditional, are short and light, like bubbles of champagne. Past and present, East and West come together for a celebration. In the imaginative minds of listeners, they take on a universal dimension.

This album will allow a wide audience to discover classical music in a way other than through crossover, which always seems to be the Holy Grail of a music industry that has completely lost its bearings.
